Chronicle Supposing Books Hardpressed (Hacker #2)
In HARDPRESSED, the highly anticipated second book of the Hacker Series that began with Hardwired, Blake and Erica face threats that put both their love and their lives on the line. Despite Blake Landon's controlling ways, the young and wealthy hacker finally won the trust of the woman he loves. Internet entrepreneur Erica Hathaway broke down the walls that kept her from opening her heart and her business to Blake. Ready to start this new chapter in her life, Erica is determined not to let anything come between them, even if that means giving Blake back some of the control he craves in and out of the bedroom. But when demons from her past threaten their future, Erica makes a decision that could change their lives forever.Specify Books Concering Hardpressed (Hacker #2)

There are so many twist and turns that you never see coming. With each book it just keeps getting better and better. I can't wait to see what happens between Blake and Erica. Mine. You're mine. Just like this. Your body, your heart. Every part of you.Review-Jo Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/TheHopelessR...TSU: http://www.tsu.co/HopelessRomanticsBlog: http://thehopelessromanticsbookblog.b...Following the way that "Hardwired" had ended, I couldn't wait to dive straight into this book. I was desperate to know what was in store next for Erica and Blake. I loved the first book in this couple's story so I had hopes that my love for the series would continue with "Hardpressed" and I was not disappointed. This was another brilliant instalment
I have to say this book is better than book one but that the series really doesn't work for me all that much. I find that Meredith Wild has too many moving parts to keep track of which can create an unwanted sense of confusion for the reader. Once again, Blake Landon (the male lead) is the saving grace as it looks like he got the most focus of her writing and she pumped him to be perfect. It feels as though she lacks focus on her overall plot and still struggles to really find her heroine's
Stars: 5Overall: So many good and bad things happened in this story that i wasn't expecting, but i'm so GLAD that it did. Erica finally trusts Blake and things seem to be going really well between them. Erica finally decides on an office building for her company and of course Blake helps her redo it because he thought the place looked like a shit hole. Erica hires a new marketing person by the name of Risa and she shows promise, but can never take the place of Alli. Alli is down from NYC
Overall rating: 4 stars! Once again, shorty review and on to the next one.Triggers:Cheating: (view spoiler)[ Technically no. The heroine DOES kiss another man, but they are not together. Those of you who know me, know that that doesn't really matter to me. If kissing or intimacy takes place after the hero and heroine meet, I usually have a problem with it. I am only giving this a pass because it's the damn heroine for a change and not the hero (he is COMPLETELY obsessed), but I am still not
This review may contain SPOILERS!I was pleasantly surprised by this story and how addicted I had gotten to it. While at the beginning I was still reading another book on the side (ACOWAR) which took up all my time at that point, when I thought that this book was just going to be some mainstream continuation for the series. It actually turned out to be a really interesting story that got me really invested in the characters and rooting for Erica and Blake to be together forever. The last two days
First off I have to say that Meredith Wild sure knows how to hook someone and keep them there. The first book in this series totally blew me away and I could not wait for the highly anticipated sequel and let me tell you Meredith did not disappoint as a matter of fact I was so caught up in everything that I totally did nothing around the house or with the kids for a full day. They ate takeout for breakfast and lunch and diner and then I sent them to my mother's house so I could finish reading in
