I have heard nothing but rave for this series and the first book was an entertaining read. For the most part, that is. I like the concept and the setting; the characters are good (some more so than the others), but there are some things that weren't my favorites exactly.I definitely think the writing can be improved on, for starters. I heard that this is actually a fanfic of some sort, so I guess this is self-explanatory. Also, this book is waaaaaaaaay too long, okay! It's 330 pages, but I'mHow can you make such a promise?
