Explanation In Favor Of Books Malgudi Schooldays: The Adventures Of Swami And His Friends
This book had been in my to-read list for a long, long time and finally, after many years, I got the opportunity to read it and without doubt, it has lived up to its potential! There can never be a book like this one, with simplicity and nostalgia wrapped in every sentence and every incident relating to the innermost core of the heart. But just reading this book is not sufficient. The television series is a perfect companion after reading R.K Narayan’s books and deserves an award of its own!Rating Epithetical Books Malgudi Schooldays: The Adventures Of Swami And His Friends

i would recommend to every one to read this piece of writing. a must read bookOne of the finest books I have read. The book brought back fond memories of my childhood. My favorite chapter is where Swami is made to solve arithmetic sums by his father. The innocence of Swami brings a beautiful charm to this simple tale.
Classic, Nostalgia and Wow it's felt like some lost recollections.R K Narayan's Malgudi School Days bring back some nostalgic feelings which are disoriented in time. Such a sublime work from the author about the love and inculpability of a child. Swami, Rajam, Mani etc are integral components of our own childhood which we never wanted to forgot. Their love, comity and care for each other was something that seems peculiar to this world. The Story is about the life of Swami and his friends who
π Malgudi Schooldays by R.K.Naryan πππMalgudi stories, revive the memories of our childhood, I still remember watching the series on Doordarshan. The book is full of adventures and amusing stories of Swami and his friends, The author showed Swami, a simple and genuine but a mischievous boy. He was more engrossed in discovering what was happening on the streets of Malgudi, rather than in his classroom. The book is a description of Swami's rivalries with the teachers, and his problems, which
Malgudi Schooldays as an abridged version of Swami and Friends was a delight to read. Made me remember my childhood days when I used to be an ardent follower of Malgudi Days on TV.Everyone knows that it is a wonderful piece and hence I dont really have much to say here :)
I read it a year ago and I got back to my childhood. Imaginative, childish and full of wonders. A must-read-book for children.
Revisiting a childhood favorite. The language is easy and relatable and the story sweet.
